As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting month-end close processes, forecasting, budgeting, and delivering meaningful analysis that help guide business decisions. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Preference will be given to candidates in the Minnetonka, MN area.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, perform and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures
• Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance; and variances to plan, forecast and budget
• Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies
• Maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports
• Reconcile, analyze, and review general ledger accounts in preparation for month end close
• Assist with or lead the month-end and quarterly-end close process for assigned businesses or groups

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional accounting and/or finance experience in a corporate environment
• Experience presenting financial results
• Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with MS Word and Excel (Pivot tables)
• Proven Financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the Healthcare industry
• Experience managing monthly reporting or financial planning and analysis
• Experience using financial planning tools such as PeopleSoft Financials, Essbase, and / or Smartview
• Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven self-sufficient, independent thinking, self-starter who takes ownership and accountability

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
