Change Management Analyst (Temporary) Location: Houston, TX. Pay Rate: $38.00–$41.50/hour. Assignment Length: 6–8 Months. Start Date: ASAP. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Change Management Analyst to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative on a temporary 6–8-month assignment. This role will provide day-to-day support for organizational change management activities by coordinating communications, maintaining project documentation, supporting training initiatives, and assisting with stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of the organizational change management strategy for a large-scale ERP implementation. Develop, edit, and distribute project communications, announcements, newsletters, presentations, and other communication materials. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, focus groups, and change champion activities. Maintain project documentation, including stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, communication plans, readiness trackers, and other change management artifacts. Assist with the development and organization of training materials, user guides, job aids, and training schedules. Track change management deliverables and provide regular project status updates to leadership. Monitor stakeholder feedback and help identify adoption risks, resistance themes, and opportunities for improvement. Support organizational readiness assessments through data collection, tracking, and reporting. Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and project-related events. Maintain SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams channels, and project documentation repositories. Assist with executive presentations and steering committee materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Provide additional project coordination and administrative support as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2–5 years of experience supporting change management, project coordination, communications, HR, business transformation, or similar initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Experience maintaining project documentation and coordinating project activities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Professional, customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience Experience supporting ERP implementations or enterprise-wide transformation projects. Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies. Experience developing executive-level presentations and communications. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Smartsheet, or other project management tools. Experience coordinating training programs or developing instructional materials.
