Key Responsibilities Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, speaking engagements). Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies. Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results. Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability. Qualifications A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work‑related experience within the securities/financial services industry. Financial services and/or sales experience. Financial services registration, licensing, or certification. Professional and/or military career progression. Licensing SIE (which can be obtained without firm sponsorship); Series 7 and Series 66 required; registrations may be obtained during paid study period if not already registered. FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses also required. Ongoing training and CE required to maintain licenses. Compensation Supplemental starting salary ranging from $45,000 to $100,000, with trainee pay and a supplemental salary for up to five years.
