People Architects is excited to recruit for a mainly remote Part-Time Bookkeeper.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations, including payroll processing, billing, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate is fluent in QuickBooks, comfortable working with complex payroll scenarios, and experienced in creating clear, accurate reporting for leadership.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys refining financial processes, and can be trusted to work independently with high accuracy and discretion.
