Job description
Maximizing hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage, the full-time Area Director of Revenue Management will implement pricing and distribution strategies, oversee revenue management analytics, and provide guidance on sales and marketing initiatives, with a willingness to consider remote arrangements for the ideal candidate. Key responsibilities Oversee revenue management and reservation teams to formulate pricing strategies and inventory restrictions Analyze the effectiveness of deployed strategies and communicate results to relevant teams and stakeholders Create and manage the revenue forecasting process to ensure accuracy and alignment with Hyatt standards Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Revenue Manager or Director in hotel revenue management At least 1 year of experience leading teams in a dynamic environment Minimum of 3 years of experience with Excel and related data management systems Proficiency in managing hotel industry revenue management systems and related technologies Intermediate or expert skill level in Microsoft Office applications
