Job Summary The Community Specialist executes the store’s community strategy by building relationships, hosting events, and supporting product seeding. The role involves engaging the local community, partnering with ambassadors and studios, and delivering a world‑class guest experience on the shop floor. Core Responsibilities of the Job Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy & guest experience to life. Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and partner studios) to grow guest acquisition and retention. Identify new ambassador or partner opportunities, positioning the store as a community hub. Engage guests on the floor, assessing needs, providing technical product education, and integrating omnichannel programs into a seamless experience. Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events. Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors. Review community‑related business data to share insights with store leadership regarding events and initiatives. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences. Job Requirements (Eligibility) Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store. Schedule/Availability Work schedule varies based on store needs. Typical shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Peak times, special events, or other circumstances may require early mornings, late nights, or overnight shifts. Experience 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building. Job Assets (nice to have) High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating team members to accomplish goals. Work as part of a team, sometimes independently, using computers or other technical devices. Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay Range: $21.00 – $24.16/hour, subject to local minimum wage. Target Bonus: $2.00/hour Total Target Base Pay Range: $23.00 – $26.16/hour lululemon’s compensation offers are pay‑for‑performance based on market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
