Job description
Are you someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and creating memorable experiences? We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Destination Experience Coordinator to join our growing remote team. This flexible, work-from-home opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with clients, researching exciting destinations, and coordinating travel details while delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will work directly with clients to learn about their travel preferences, budgets, and goals before researching destination options and helping coordinate accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities. You will organize customized itineraries, confirm important reservation details, maintain accurate records, and provide ongoing communication throughout the planning process to ensure every trip is organized from start to finish. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or travel is helpful but not required, as comprehensive training is provided.
