Ideal candidates will have experience with sophisticated LLCs and private corporations, private company M&A and a variety of commercial arrangements. The group’s practice focuses on strategic transactions and financings for companies at all stages of the growth cycle in a broad range of industries, as well as general corporate representation including complex commercial contracting, and corporate governance. Benefits and Compensation This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
