Key responsibilities Manage operational programs that support the Patient Access Center, focusing on workforce management and training Optimize business systems and implement process improvements to enhance patient and family experiences Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders, IT, and analytics to ensure effective operation of shared services programs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant field Five years of relevant experience in patient access, healthcare operations, or business systems management Minimum of two years in a management or supervisory role
