SummaryUnder general supervision, assist the Advanced Ocular Imaging Program within the Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences by providing support for a variety of imaging-related research projects.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist with image exporting and data organizationAssist with filing and recordkeepingAssist with image processing; perform registration of retinal images and image montagingParticipate in meetings with Principal Investigator and research staff and evaluate/interpret the validity of data as neededMay assist with 3D printingPerform other tasks essential to the operation of the lab as assignedKnowledge – Skills – AbilitiesMust have strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. An ability to work independently as well as collaboratively is vital.Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Strong critical thinking, problem solving and attentiveness to detail required. Ability to demonstrate responsibility and dependability when completing assignments as well as plan and organize work according to established priorities and complete assignments accurately within established timeframes.
