Job description

We are seeking Construction Attorneys to work with some of the world’s largest companies across multiple industries. This is an existing vacancy. Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and administer construction contracts, including AIA agreements, design-build contracts, and subcontractor agreements. Advise owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals on contract compliance, project risk, and construction law matters. Resolve construction disputes involving delays, change orders, payment claims, defects, and mechanic's liens through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation. Counsel clients on regulatory compliance, insurance, bonding, and strategies to minimize legal and financial risk throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications 7+ years of experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts and advising on project-related legal matters. Knowledge of construction law, dispute resolution, mechanic's liens, insurance, and risk management. Experience in the energy industry a plus. Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside. Compensation The estimated total compensation for full‑time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500‑$325,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
