We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build a high-quality creative team in LATAM.
This role is primarily focused, but not limited to, hiring senior designers and creative talent.
If you’re someone who knows how to find great talent—not just wait for applicants—improve hiring systems, and move quickly without sacrificing quality, this role is for you.
Track key hiring metrics, including time to hire and pass-through rates
Maintain clear and organized documentation
We consistently hire strong senior creatives (2–3 per month min.)
Our pipeline always has qualified candidates ready
You’re fully immersed in AI and have optimized processes with it
Hiring decisions are faster and more structured
Recruitment processes are streamlined with minimal manual work
Experience working with creative agencies or subscription-based services
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Zapier, or ATS platforms
Experience evaluating design/video portfolios
