Job Title : RecruiterLocation : Augusta, GA (Onsite)Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire (based on business needs and performance)Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-drivenRecruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support hiring initiatives across multiple business functions. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet organizational staffing goals. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, relationship management skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, workforce plans, and hiring priorities.Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding.Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Prepare and extend employment offers while ensuring alignment with company guidelines.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment procedures.Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and networking activities as needed.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.2–5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate, staffing, or agency environment.Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools.Excellent interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Preferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for Call Center, Customer Service, Healthcare, IT, Finance, or Professional Services roles.Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.Experience supporting high-volume recruitment initiatives.SHRM, PHR, AIRS, or similar recruiting certifications are a plus.Key SkillsTalent AcquisitionCandidate SourcingFull-Cycle RecruitmentInterviewing ScreeningATS ManagementStakeholder ManagementRelationship BuildingWorkforce PlanningRecruitment Analytics ReportingCommunication Presentation SkillsTime Management OrganizationKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Time-to-FillQuality-of-HireOffer Acceptance RateCandidate SatisfactionHiring Manager SatisfactionCandidate Conversion RateSource EffectivenessRecruitment Compliance MetricsWork Location: Augusta, GA (100% Onsite)Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (based on business requirements and performance) #J-18808-Ljbffr
