Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality subs with a smile
Provide top-notch customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Assist with closing duties including cleaning the grill, mopping floors, cleaning the slicer, and making sure things are set up for the next day
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about "Mike's Way"
Follow operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service until closing time

Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age to operate the slicer
Must have an outgoing and energetic personality
Must exhibit time management and organization skills
Enjoy a fast paced work environment
Must have a strong work ethic and accountability
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
