Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and Build : Establish and lead an academic gastroenterology division focused on clinical excellence, medical education, and research.
• Team Development : Recruit, mentor, and guide a multidisciplinary team of faculty, fellows, and support staff.
• Clinical Leadership : Actively participate in patient care through rounding, consultations, and management of complex GI cases across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Program Expansion : Enhance advanced GI services, including endoscopy and procedural care.
• Strategic Growth : Collaborate with health system leadership to drive strategic development of the GI service line.
• Academic Engagement : Shape the clinical and academic programs in partnership with a new medical school and a leading university.
