Job description
This role is limited term and may have a specified end a Data Entry/Program Assistant you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Family and Community Support Services Teaching Together Home Visiting (TTHV) program. This position supports CAPSLOs mission by providing support to the Family and Community Support Services staff who work with clients and help them achieve were looking for in an ideal candidate:High school diploma or years of experience in office management and clerical duties or an equivalent combination of education and in Microsoft Excel including creating spreadsheets and tracking in English and Spanish not required but a plus!Depending on the department assigned a valid California drivers license a current DMV driving record and proof of insurance may be required to fulfill job-related travel. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable a Data Entry/Program Assistant you will:Provide administrative and data support to the TTHV programs follow curriculum guidelines and capture quality intakes and programmatic file information into ClientTrack and other related organized client files and complete follow-up and record statistical data for the TTHV team with clerical tasks including word processing data entry filing and tracking and direct telephone supplies and track program-related with coordinating TTHV activities and preparing logistical arrangements for meetings and information letters and memos to program management and staff meetings conferences and workshops as to all applicable safety rules and note this job advertisement is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
