Forest Valley Veterinary Clinic is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our growing team in Cottage Grove, Oregon, just 25 minutes south of Eugene. Scheduling Options
  • Full-time or part-time opportunities
  • One to four days per week
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM-2:00 PM, paid as a full shift)

Compensation & Benefits

This is a highly productive hospital with strong earning potential. Compensation is tailored to experience, schedule, and production.

Compensation
  • Competitive base salary: $135,000-$175,000, depending on experience and schedule
  • Production-based earning opportunities
  • Sign-on bonus

Qualifications

Required
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates
  • Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
  • Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date

Preferred
  • Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
  • Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to medicine
  • Interest in exotics or pocket pet medicine

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
