Compensation: $850 - $1000 per credit based on adjunct faculty rank (determined by education and experience)
Position Overview:
NHTI is seeking a qualified adjunct faculty member to teach a humanities elective INDL 115C: Exploration Pathways: Connecting Culture and Career. This course provides students with essential knowledge primarily for our General Studies majors who have expressed an interest in exploring possible health career majors at NHTI focusing on practical applications and real-world relevance.

Through interactive discussions guest speakers case studies clinical site visits and hands-on activities this course introduces students to the diverse and growing field of health and medical sciences offered at NHTI the foundations of college success and to the academic environment and community of NHTI. Students will explore the roles and responsibilities of healthcare professionals the skills required for success and the educational pathways needed to enter each field. Emphasis is placed on discovery of health careers cultural competency communication and teamwork within medical environments.
