Position Summary:
This position will serve as an internal customer support business partner for the production plant. This will include full cycle recruiting administration and lead the safety program employee engagement leave and attendance tracking company activity planning payroll and employee records. Ensuring accuracy and legal compliance both federally and state. Provides internal support and partnerships to business lines. Responsible for providing day-to-day professional HR support and policy administration relating to all phases of the employee life cycle (e.g. hiring training employee relations). This position will report to the Human Resources Manager.
