Production Manager: Steel Fabrication
A Miscellaneous Steel Fabricator in the Chicagoland area is looking to add a new Production Manager to their team. This well-established steel fabricator is partnered with a team of recruiters gpac, to find premier steel fabrication talent to manage of shop of 20-30 employees.
As the Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of shop operations, managing teams, and ensuring the highest level of production efficiency. Production Managers must promote continuous improvement in methods, systems, and procedures, while continuing to encourage teamwork, reduce expenses, and develop employee potential.
