Position Summary
The Student Success Assistant supports student engagement and academic success at the Hays Campus. This position leads testing services while also assisting with student support services events and programs that enhance student experience and foster campus role serves as an important point of contact for students by helping create a welcoming supportive and active campus environment while assisting in the organization and administration of testing services.

The Student Success Assistant contributes to the mission of Fort Hays Tech North Central by supporting student achievement encouraging campus involvement and helping students build meaningful connections to the college and community.
