What Were Looking For:

As a Pool Bartender youll play a key role in the poolside experience by preparing high-quality beverages and providing excellent service in a vibrant and welcoming setting. Responsibilities include crafting refreshing drinks maintaining a clean and safe work area and ensuring smooth bar operations. Strong guest engagement and collaboration with the team are essential to delivering a seamless and enjoyable environment for all.

What Youll Do:

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails wine beer and specialty drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to guest tastes.
• Ensure all drinks meet the highest quality and presentation standards.
• Greet and engage guests with a friendly welcoming attitude providing personalized service.
• Take drink orders from guests and servers answering inquiries about menu options.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Set up the bar at the beginning of each shift ensuring that all equipment garnishes and supplies are ready for service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area including cleaning glassware surfaces and waste disposal.
• Monitor and report inventory levels for beverages garnishes and supplies to avoid shortages.
• Follow all safety sanitation and alcohol service regulations including verifying guest identification.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service practices.
• Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Collaborate with servers barbacks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Assist with restocking supplies and supporting barback duties during busy periods.
• Foster a positive team environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Includes:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required with bartending experience highly preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of alcoholic beverages cocktail recipes preparation techniques appropriate glassware and bar equipment including knowledge of legal regulations for alcohol service (TIPS certification or ability to obtain is required).
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking.
• Physical ability to stand stoop bend and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Capability to perform duties in an outdoor environment adapting to various weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
