We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community ensuring operational excellence and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations lead census development and oversee financial success. They will also ensure compliance with state regulations and drive employee retention. This position requires a competitive sales-driven leader with a proven track record in senior living management.
