The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of guests, understanding their preferences, budgets, and what motivates them to visit. You'll curate experiencespremium room upgrades, dining reservations, entertainment perks, gaming opportunities, tournament invitationsthat align with what they actually want. Your job is to make them feel known, valued, and eager to return while making sure that the guest relationship is profitable for us. This isn't customer service. It's player development. You're reading the room, recognizing patterns, and building loyalty that translates into repeat visitation and increased gaming spend across our resort.

Base salary starts at $57,784 annually, based on experience.
Eligible for quarterly performance incentives through the Player Development bonus program, based on profitable assigned portfolio growth, new and reactivated player development, new-to-property guest development, and team results.
Incentives are subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
