Zorgcentrum St. Joseph bestaat uit groepswoningen. Deze kleinschalige vorm van wonen biedt de bewoners een veilige en herkenbare woonomgeving, waarin ze zich maximaal thuis kunnen voelen. Hierbij wordt het dagelijks ritme zoveel mogelijk gevolgd, waarbij de rol van familieleden, mantelzorgers en vrienden erg belangrijk is. In zorgcentrum St. Joseph bieden we zorg aan ouderen met somatische (lichamelijke) klachten en aan ouderen met dementie. Wat je functie inhoudt Je hebt een belangrijke bijdrage aan een prettige en schone woon- en leefomgeving voor onze ouderen. Je hoofdtaak betreft schoonmaakwerk en huishoudelijk werk, maar het kan ook zijn dat jouw ondersteuning wordt gevraagd voor andere werkzaamheden. Denk hierbij aan, bijvoorbeeld: bedden afhalen/opmaken/verschonen, vuil ophalen en / of toezicht houden op de huiskamer of ondersteuning bieden. Eigenlijk net wat nodig is op de betreffende afdeling. Dit maakt je werk afwisselend, waarbij het huishoudelijk werk wel het grootste onderdeel van je takenpakket betreft. Daarnaast observeer je de bewoners en maak je natuurlijk ook gezellig een praatje. En als je bijzonderheden opmerkt – in gedrag, maar ook omtrent huishoudelijke en technische gebreken – meldt je deze bij je collega's, zodat de juiste acties kunnen worden ondernomen (signaleringsfunctie). Wat wij vragen Fit om schoonmaakwerk uit te voeren en beschikbaar om te werken in de weekenden. Affiniteit met ouderen en communicatief open, sociaal en respectvol met de bewoners omgaan. Inzetbaar op alle afdelingen binnen de locatie; enige flexibiliteit is ook belangrijk. Wat wij je bieden Een belangrijke, maar ook ontzettend mooie en leuke bijbaan! Met een bruto uurloon van minimaal €15,35. Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, vakantiegeld (8%) en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
