LOCATION: Rochester General Hospital
DEPARTMENT: Bariatric Surgery
SCHEDULE: Four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with one weekday off; rotating 1:5 weekend call and 1-2 holidays per year

What You'll Do
First assist in bariatric procedures including gastric sleeve, gastric bypass, revisions, and duodenal switch surgeries
Assist with endoscopic and select general surgery procedures
Provide inpatient care including consults, rounding, post-operative management, and discharges
Conduct pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up visits
Manage patient calls, prescription refills, lab reviews, and electronic patient messages
Educate and support patients throughout their surgical weight-loss journey
Collaborate closely with surgeons, APPs, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient care
PAY RANGE: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
