As a Cross-Functional Lead, you'll lead a team and perform supervisory responsibilities, such as directing work for a team, and training and developing partners, while maintaining a total team mindset. Qualifications and key requirements include: age requirement of 18+, work experience, strong knowledge of departments, computer systems, planning and organizing skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, verbal/written communication and reading skills, ability to write routine reports and correspondence, ability to speak effectively to partners and customers, ability to adapt to performing a wide range of duties across multiple departments, ability to work well independently, and strong eye for detail. Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6+ months of related experience and/or training, or combination of equivalent education/training.
