The successful candidate will also provide strategic guidance and support for the company's collegiate programs, which are essential for advancing human rights in the supply chains of a large number of participating institutions. Applicants for this role at the company should have a JD with at least 15 years of relevant legal or labor relations work experience, preferably in mission-driven organizations or supply chain management. A strong commitment to the company's mission is essential, as is deep technical knowledge of international labor standards and human rights in supply chains. The role requires the ability to synthesize large amounts of information, high-level communication skills, and the capacity to deal with confidential and sensitive matters. The Senior Vice President will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the President and CEO, and will play a pivotal role in the company's efforts to promote fair labor practices and protect the rights of workers globally.
