This role requires strong clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive nursing assessments for incoming patientsInitiate and document individualized care plansProvide professional nursing care in alignment with hospital policies and standardsEducate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectationsDelegate tasks and supervise support staffCollaborate with physicians, intake clinicians, and behavioral health teams to ensure high-quality careQualificationsADN or BSN from an accredited nursing programActive Arizona RN license (required)Must be 21 years of age or olderAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningEligible for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance CardSchedule & Work SettingFull-TimeMid Shift: Week 1 – Thursday, Friday, & Saturday 12pm to 1230am, Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 12pm to 1230am.
