Key Responsibilities:

• Perform independent pre-testing including visual acuity auto-refraction tonometry retinal imaging OCT visual fields and more
• Accurately document patient information and exam findings within the EHR system
• Provide optical sales support including frame styling lens recommendations eyewear dispensing and patient education
• Schedule patient appointments manage clinic flow and verify vision insurance benefits
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist with patient intake check-in and clinic operations
• Maintain exam rooms diagnostic equipment and clinical supplies

What They Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail optometry office
• Strong optometric pre-testing skills and comfort working independently
• Experience with optical sales eyewear dispensing and EHR documentation
  
• Familiarity with vision insurance verification
• Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced patient-focused environment
• Experience with contact lens training/education
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
