The missions consist of: guaranteeing the quality of service delivered by the IT department of the office and coordinating, directing, and leading the IT business project teams; ensuring technical, calendar, and financial coherence of different projects, or between projects and systems already in production; defining objectives in terms of service commitment mastery (costs, deadlines, quality) and customer satisfaction; being responsible for the application of ministerial directives concerning the scope of the SSA projects; analyzing the orientations taken by the projects, the associated risks, analyzing their impacts, and proposing actions to be implemented; being the main contact for their counterpart in the business field, the overall functional manager; reporting to the DSIN-S and the head of division on the different projects, the coordination between projects, and the functioning of systems in development and in production.
The sought profile must master the IT challenges of the health world. Experience in successfully leading large-scale program/project is also an asset. They must master project management techniques and team management. With a Bac +4/5 in computer science, you have at least 5 years of experience in IT project management. Previous management experience is a plus.
