Community School Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who believes in the power of schools as neighborhood hubs and wants to make a meaningful impact in Northwest the RoleAs the Community School Coordinator you will collaborate closely with school leadership families educators and community partners to support the whole child and strengthen the surrounding community. You will help expand learning opportunities connect families with essential resources build strong partnerships and foster meaningful family and community engagement.
