Join a growing construction materials team as a Tri-Axle Driver. In this role, you'll safely operate dump trucks to transport materials between construction sites, quarries, and customer locations. This position is ideal for experienced CDL drivers who value safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tri-axle dump trucks and other assigned vehicles.
- Transport construction materials to job sites and vendor locations.
- Load, unload, secure, and tarp materials as required.
- Complete delivery tickets, logs, and required documentation.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and site personnel.
- Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Operate safely in construction site and quarry environments.
- Wear required PPE and adhere to site-specific safety requirements.
- Provide professional customer service and support team operations.
Skills/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience (tri-axle experience preferred).
- Clean driving record.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
- Ability to complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment
This role is primarily outdoors and includes work on active construction sites, quarries, and public roadways. Drivers can expect exposure to varying weather conditions, heavy equipment activity, and a physically active work environment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
