Job description
The Garage Valet Attendant is a customer service position involving parking and retrieving vehicles for customers. The primary responsibility of a garage valet is to provide a positive and efficient parking experience for customers and to make a fantastic impression through every interaction by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner giving them the best experience possible while providing safe and efficient the safety of self and others in mind at all will park customers vehicles in designated parking spots ensuring they are parked safely and securely minimizing the potential for track of keys and vehicles throughout the exceptional guest organization at enthusiastic about the job creating a positive environment for the customers and teammates to enjoyUse professional communication and VPNE-approved language facilitate transition at the end of the information about the garage such as the hours of operation rates or any special promotions upon maintain a neatly groomed duties as assignedAdhere to the VPNE attendance will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures including wearing appropriate safety gear and promptly reporting any hazards or to fill out damage or accident supportsYears of Experience: Entry LevelLanguage Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and writtenRequirements:Must be at least 18 years oldAble to smile during customer interactionsPossess an upbeat personality a willingness to go the extra mile and a strong work ethicMaintain uniform standards when on job premisesAbility to read write and verbally communicate in EnglishAbility to move to organize cars efficientlyAbility to stand for long periodsAbility to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicleAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbsPossess a valid Drivers LicenseBe able to pass a criminal background check and RMV checkAbility to create relationships with customersBe organizedClean driving record deemed insurable by VPNEs current insurance provider
