Senior Dock & Door technician

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-Hour Shifts (Zero Weekends!)

What You Will Do

• Diagnose, repair, and install commercial overhead doors, rolling steel doors, and loading dock equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical components and low-voltage electrical systems/motor operators.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of heavy-duty facility equipment.
• Operate independently in the field to problem-solve on the fly and deliver excellent customer service.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a technician working with commercial overhead doors, residential garage doors, or loading dock equipment. (If you are a residential tech looking to step up, we want to talk to you!)
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with low-voltage electrical troubleshooting.
• The Right Mindset: Independent, self-driven, and motivated by excellence—not babysitting.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. You must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to the West Springfield, MA area before starting work.
