The Hospitals of Providence is seeking several Hematology/Oncology physicians to join and lead a growing medical oncology practice within one of the most comprehensive oncology programs in the Southwest. This role offers a unique opportunity for clinical depth and significant influence over the program's direction. Physicians will practice within a fully integrated cancer care ecosystem, making a lasting impact on patients and the practice of oncology. Practice Info Outpatient-primary setting with inpatient support infrastructure in place Outpatient team includes a patient care tech, clinical coordinator, office coordinator, approximately 6 chemo nurses, oncology pharmacist, and certified cancer navigators Inpatient support provided by a hospitalist team managing admissions and established general and oncology surgeons on staff (breast, thyroid, colorectal, liver) Integrated oncology resources include in-house labs, imaging, oncology pharmacy, pathology, and multidisciplinary tumor boards Clinic shares a building with cancer navigation team, physical therapy, and infusion clinic Practice affiliation with The Hospitals of Providence, the largest health network in El Paso, TX Responsibilities Shape and lead this growing medical oncology practice Compensation Salary guarantee plus wRVU-based compensation Relocation bonus Productivity bonus Benefits CME allowance for continuing professional development Deferred compensation plan Malpractice coverage Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) Relocation assistance Shift & Schedule Full Time 32 patient contact hours per week Requirements MD or DO degree required Board certified in Internal Medicine Board certified or board eligible in Hematology/Oncology Minimum 5 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology required
