Lead on-site delivery of $50M-$100M+ projects. Manage field teams, subcontractors, and safety. Own project scheduling and sequencing. Partner with PMs on planning and execution. Run OAC meetings and client-facing coordination.

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
Salary ranging from USD 150,000 to USD 185,000 + 10-15% bonus. Car allowance + 3-4 weeks PTO. Long-term growth and structured development. Stable pipeline of complex projects. Supportive leadership and strong field culture.
