We are seeking a Fellowship-Trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join the region's dominant orthopedic practice including four surgery centers, two surgical robots, and a 1-in-15 call rotation that is among the most favorable in private orthopedic practice anywhere.

The Opportunity

Total joint surgeons benefit from a fully built subspecialty ecosystem sports medicine, spine, hand, foot and ankle, and dedicated trauma surgeons under one roof.
  • Advance Into Partnership: Two-year track to equal-share partnership including surgery center and real estate.
  • A Culture That Puts Patients First and Protects Your Scope: Cross-specialty case routing is built into the culture. Foot and ankle cases go to foot and ankle surgeons. Trauma cases go to dedicated trauma surgeons. You practice total joint not everything that walks through the door.

What You'll Bring
