Senior Benefits & Payroll Specialist The Senior Benefits & Payroll Specialist is responsible for advanced payroll and benefits execution, complex case management, and compliance-driven processing. This role maintains partial ownership of payroll and benefits workflows, ensures regulatory compliance, resolves escalated issues, and supports cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, third-party administrators, and vendors. The position requires strong technical expertise, independent judgment, high accuracy, and strict confidentiality. The Senior Benefits & Payroll Specialist is also responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and empathetic support to employees on payroll and benefits inquiries, while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience. Medical Record Specialist The Medical Record Specialist must at all times safeguard and protect the client’s right to privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the client’s medical information and that all release of information are in compliance with the request, authorization, agency policy and HIPAA statutes. Housing Specialist The Housing Specialist assists homeless mentally ill individuals, including mentally ill chemical abusers to obtain safe, appropriate housing and to maintain residential stability. Services provided may include identifying appropriate housing options, coordinating services with housing agencies, determining client eligibility for government financed housing programs, facilitate resolution of landlord/tenant conflict, and assisting client to develop daily living skills. The Housing Specialist will also work as an integral member of the Homeless Services Housing Team providing case management to clients as assigned. Performs other duties as requested by supervisor. Life Skills Coach The Life Skills Coach provides intensive in-home services that teach independent living skills to housed participants. The goal is to provide services and supports that will help the individual to achieve and maintain community stability through teaching and reinforcement of independent living skills, identifying and using other resources in the community, and monitoring of health and nutrition. Customer Service Representative The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for the day to day operations of the front offices of various BestSelf Behavioral Health programs. The CSR is expected to perform the secretarial, clerical, data entry and processing duties of their respective program. The CSR is also expected to provide exceptional customer service and care for BestSelf Behavioral Health consumers. Client Safety Specialist The Client Safety Specialist works with site staff to keep the site welcoming, safe, and secure. Responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the site, waiting areas, and building grounds to ensure an inviting, supportive, and safe environment for staff and clients. The Client Safety Specialist is a member of the building team and coordinates activities with the team and with the various programs located at the site. Care Manager The Care Manager operates within a team of professionals who deliver services to consumers of behavioral health services who reside in Erie County and are identified and referred by regional health homes. Accounts Payable Coordinator The Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and provides day-to-day transactional and administrative support within the Finance Department. Network & Telephony Systems Specialist The Network & Telephony Systems Specialist is a member of the Information Systems team responsible for providing high quality technical services and supporting a variety of network and telephony technologies. Accounts Payable Supervisor The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees the accounts payable function for a high volume, dynamic nonprofit organization. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of payments, maintains internal controls, and supervises AP staff. The ideal candidate brings a mix of operational knowledge, leadership, and an understanding of nonprofit financial compliance. Senior Counselor The Senior Counselor works at a maximum level of independence and responsibility, often sharing responsibility for program operations with the Program Director. The majority of time is spent in direct client services, providing crisis and ongoing counseling and psychotherapy to new and ongoing clients. Resident Support Specialist Assists in maintaining a stable and therapeutic environment in the residence. Assists residents in learning community integration, provides exposure to supportive services and encourages participation in social, educational, vocational, psychiatric, and rehabilitative activities. Assists in household management tasks such as preparation of meals or housekeeping tasks. Oversees clients engaged in household tasks. Provides transportation for and supervision of clients who leave the facility. If assigned to night duty, the RSS is responsible for supervision of the facility, security camera monitoring and enforcement of program rules under direction of the on‑call management team. Personalized Recovery Oriented Services Team Member As a Personal Recovery Oriented Services team member, you will work collaboratively in a dynamic, person‑centered, evidence‑based program. This position works with adults diagnosed with a serious mental illness in a broad range of integrated services designed to help the client achieve goals of work, education, relationships, socialization, living and wellness. Strong judgment, problem solving and decision making skills along with interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for the position. The candidate must be capable of conducting individual interventions in PROS service areas including: wellness self‑management, relapse prevention, basic living skills, family psycho‑education and integrated dual disorder treatment. ACT Psychiatrist The ACT Psychiatrist provides clinical services, including diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues to adults. The Assertive Community Treatment program, a self‑contained clinical team which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illness as assigned by the Erie County Department of Mental Health Single Point of Entry Coordinator. Claims Specialist The Claims Specialist is responsible for maintaining, entering, and following up on all client medical insurance and financial information. The position prepares claim data for transmission to Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care plans. A Claims Specialist will organize billing and rebilling materials as well as create and analyze reports from the billing system to provide feedback to program sites. The Claims Specialist is responsible for maintaining positive and professional client and external insurance agency relations. Family Engagement Team Leader The Family Engagement Team Leader functions as the leader of a multidisciplinary team of professionals who deliver services to consumers of BestSelf Behavioral Health’s Family Engagement Team. Targeted Case Manager The Targeted Case Manager performs activities within the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that are intended to support the wellness and recovery goals of individuals with complex and/or chronic behavioral health issues and needs by implementing targeted interventions designed to provide timely, high‑quality, and efficient care. Social Care Network Navigator The SCN (Social Care Network) Navigator at BestSelf Behavioral Health plays a critical role in addressing social determinants of health by connecting individuals and families to essential community‑based resources. Cook The cook is responsible for meal preparation according to pre‑established menus and for cleanup. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) A licensed health care practitioner who provides nursing care under the direction of an RN, NP, physician, physician assistant. LPNs provide compassionate care that is respectful of each patient’s needs, values and wishes. The LPN is responsible for monitoring the health status of clients at the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. She/he responds to any emergencies in accordance with established policies and procedures and is responsible and accountable for providing direct and indirect patient care procedures reflective of BestSelf Behavioral Health mission and values. Program Director The Program Director is responsible for the oversight of all program and administrative staff. Supervisory responsibilities of these direct reports include consistent coaching, feedback, and development, review and approval of timecards, completing performance reviews and development plans, administration of personnel policies, scheduling, and leading regular staff meetings and supervision, monitoring training compliance, hiring new staff and related functions. Provides clinical supervision to program staff. Youth Peer Advocate The Youth Peer Advocate operates within a team of professionals who deliver services to consumers of behavioral health services. Youth Peer Advocate services are formal services and support provided to young people (primarily between the ages of 12-26), who are experiencing social, medical, emotional, developmental, substance use, and/or behavioral challenges. The purpose is to ensure engagement and active participation of the young person in their treatment and decisions that affect their lives. Youth Peer Advocate services can be provided in individual and group settings. RN Supervisor The RN Supervisor is responsible for all professional nursing duties as required. S/he provides training and supervision to other nursing staff, including licensed practical nurses and any on‑call or part‑time registered nurses. S/he is responsible for compliance to regulations, policies and procedures. S/he will ensure the continuity of care within the maintenance medication programs. S/he will maintain clear communication with pharmaceutical contacts to work toward improving medication access. S/he will oversee and/or coordinate insurance communications to obtain prior authorizations and any other communication as necessary. S/he must be willing to allocate time to multiple clinics. Peer Services Peer Services are an array of services and support systems provided to families raising a child or young adult up to age 21 who is experiencing social, emotional, addiction, or behavioral health challenges in their home, school, community, and/or placement. Peer support services are provided by a trained and credentialed Peer Specialist who is uniquely qualified to work with families based on their personal lived experience parenting a child with similar needs and the specialized training they receive. This service provides a structured, strength‑based relationship between a credentialed peer and the parent/caregiver for the benefit of the child/youth. The purpose of this service is to support the parent/caregiver and enhance their skills so they can promote positive youth functioning and their child's ability to live successfully in their community. Family Peer Advocacy Services Family Peer Advocacy Services are an array of services and support systems provided to families raising a child or young adult up to age 21 who is experiencing social, emotional, addiction, or behavioral health challenges in their home, school, community, and/or placement. Family Peer support services are provided by a trained and credentialed Family Peer Advocate who is uniquely qualified to work with families based on their personal lived experience parenting a child with similar needs and the specialized training they receive. This service provides a structured, strength‑based relationship between a credentialed FPA and the parent/caregiver for the benefit of the child/youth. The purpose of this service is to support the parent/caregiver and enhance their skills so they can promote positive youth functioning and their child’s ability to live successfully in their community. After School Teachers After School Teachers will work with the Site Coordinator, School Principals and School Day Staff on setting academic goals that reflect program and district objectives for all students enrolled in the after school program. After School Teachers are responsible for providing and monitoring programming designed to increase state and local test scores in reading and math. Teachers are positive, professional and work to the best of their ability during the after school hours. Hours vary by each school site. Per Diem hours. Youth Development Specialist Youth Development Specialists are responsible for providing and monitoring programming designed to develop students’ knowledge of specific activities, according to the Youth Development Specialist skill‑sets, interests, hobbies and educational background. Youth Development Specialists are positive, professional and work to the best of their ability during the after school hours. Youth Development Specialists can deliver age‑appropriate lessons, activities and/or clubs that encompass hands‑on learning, community services, and community‑linked activities. Youth Development Specialists will communicate any needs, issues or feedback to the Site Coordinator in a timely manner so that any needs or student behavior can be addressed and dealt with efficiently. Grades served vary per site and range from kindergarten to grade 12. Peer Specialist The Peer Specialist operates within a team of professionals who deliver services to consumers of Behavioral Health Services. The Peer Specialist delivers peer support services with rehabilitation and recovery focus, with a primary goal of connecting individuals to community based recovery supports consistent with the treatment/recovery plan. People with personal experience as a recipient of mental health and/or substance use treatment or of personal recovery are encouraged to apply. Honesty, respect for diversity, high personal standards, professional language and behavior reflecting such values are required. Assistant Program Director The Assistant Program Director plans, organizes and directs the services of the program, manages daily operations, provides clinical and administrative supervision to program staff, and provides direct services to clients. School Based Targeted Case Manager The School Based Targeted Case Manager performs activities within the Certified Community Behavioral Health satellite sites that are intended to support the wellness and recovery goals of individuals with complex and/or chronic behavioral health issues and needs by implementing targeted interventions designed to provide timely, high‑quality, and efficient care. Site Facilitator The Site Facilitator is responsible for managing the expanded learning programs at various school and community sites. Grades served vary per site and range from kindergarten to grade 12. Responsibilities include recruiting and enrolling students, providing programming designed to improve social emotional skills, increasing academic achievement and providing positive youth development opportunities. The facilitator is responsible for developing and coordinating the expanded learning program at their assigned site. This includes recruiting and supervising program staff and students, designing program schedule that supports program objectives, managing site specific budget and completing and maintaining all required data, reports and paperwork. #J-18808-Ljbffr
