Director General Services Techniques
Member of the general management, in close liaison with the DGS and elected officials, you participate in the global management of the City's public policies in technical and environmental fields and manage the technical projects of the community. You lead, coordinate and animate all technical services including cartography, buildings, public spaces, logistics/warehouse, fluids and networks, accounting center technical pole, and living environment and mobility pole.
Technical Skills:- Mastery of public procurement procedure and of the public works- Mastery of the issues and techniques related to buildings, public spaces and the environment- Mastery of procedures and principles of budget elaboration- Conduct of operations and project management- Methods of analysis and diagnosis- Management of complex projects- ManagementSoft Skills:- Sense of listening and contact Team spirit- Force of proposal and initiative- Ability to negotiate- Autonomous- Ability to coordinate and rally teams
Required Education, Diplomas and/or Titles:- Higher education BAC +5 in technical or planning fields and you have significant experience particularly in technical direction. You have proven knowledge and skills in regulatory areas: public procurement, town planning, public works, public domains, public finances, human resources and status of territorial civil servants.
