We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Sales and Data Support Specialist to bridge the gap between complex data and actionable sales strategy. You'll be the backbone of our pharmaceutical campaigns, ensuring our sales team has the insights they need and our clients see the clear value of their investment.
**Only accepting local DMV applicants - two days/week minimum in-office
**Full time in office training up to one month
Key Responsibilities
What you'll do:
Campaign Optimization: Partner closely with the sales team to monitor pharmaceutical campaign performance, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
Data Storytelling: Transform raw data runs into polished, high-impact PowerPoint presentations that clearly outline monthly campaign successes and KPIs for clients.
Technical Support: Execute regular data runs and deep-dives to ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and relevant to client goals.
Client Engagement: Confidently present data-driven insights and campaign wrap-ups to clients, acting as a technical subject matter expert
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the "numbers" and the "pitch," helping the team translate technical metrics into a compelling sales narrative.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Technical Skills: advanced proficiency in excel and PowerPoint. You should be comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite
The "Soft" Skills: You can speak "Data" and "Human." You have the confidence to present to external clients and the patience to dig through spreadsheets.
Stragetic Mindset: You don't just pull reports; you look for the "why" behind the numbers to help the team win.
