  • Select, stage, and position workpieces and materials according to job instructions and production priorities.
  • Operate various saws, including vertical and horizontal, and other production machinery to cut materials to required dimensions.
  • Install and change cutting blades and tooling as needed, ensuring proper setup and safe operation.
  • Adjust machine controls for cutting speed, feed rates, and other parameters to achieve precise and efficient processing.
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and ensure materials meet exact specifications.
  • Perform quality control inspections in alignment with aerospace quality standards and AS 9100 requirements.

  • Perform packing and packaging activities to prepare materials and products for storage or shipment.
  • Assist with inventory tasks, including counting, tracking, and documenting material movement.
  • Operate forklifts and, where applicable, overhead cranes to safely transport materials throughout the facility, if qualified.
  • Follow written instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures accurately.
  • Complete required documentation and data entry related to production, quality checks, and material handling activities.
  • Maintain organized work areas and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Multi-task and prioritize work to meet production schedules and deadlines.
