Location and Compensation Position can be based out of Palladium’s Arlington, VA office or remote in the United States (only some states may be considered). Applicants must have current/future work authorization in the US as visa sponsorship cannot be provided. The annual base salary is expected to range from $120,000 to $140,000. Manage partner and subcontractor performance to ensure contractually compliant delivery of agreed inputs, outputs, and outcomes. Serve as Project Director, providing quality assurance for deliverables and oversight of budgets, client relationships, and overall project performance. Business Development Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities focusing on expanding Palladium’s work in the closure and environmental performance space. Stay current on mining sector trends and ESG target changes, tracking structural, governance, and environmental expectations. Collaborate with the EGNC Portfolio to promote and build Palladium’s technical capability in integrated environmental and socioeconomic work with mining companies.
