Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title Nuclear Medicine Technologist Location San Antonio, Texas Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with call responsibilities every other week including evenings, overnight, and weekends Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures including Bone Scans, Gastric Emptying, GFR, Meckel's Scan, Renal studies, Lymphoscintigraphy Injection, Lung Perfusion, and GI Bleed studies Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment including GE 850, GE 830, and Brivo systems Work within a small team environment across 3 procedure rooms, maintaining efficient patient throughput Participate in rotating call coverage for evenings, overnight, and weekends every other week Deliver patient-oriented care in a friendly and efficient manner consistent with departmental standards Required Qualifications Board Certification required — ARRT (NM) certification is mandatory Minimum of 1 year of nuclear medicine technology experience Ability to perform call responsibilities including evenings, overnight, and weekend coverage on a rotating basis Demonstrated competency with nuclear medicine imaging procedures and equipment Experience / Skills Basic scanning skills across a broad range of nuclear medicine procedures Friendly, patient-oriented, and efficient work style well-suited to a small, collaborative team environment Why Join Us Gain valuable hands-on experience in a well-equipped nuclear medicine department with a diverse procedural caseload 13-week travel contract offering professional growth and flexibility in a dynamic clinical setting Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID #755514.
