Job Overview A law firm seeks a Section 337 Litigation Associate in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and a strong understanding of ITC-specific issues. This role involves collaboration with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. Duties Participate in Section 337 ITC cases. Address ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry and enforcement. Collaborate with attorneys in related business units. Articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Requirements Three to six years of ITC litigation experience. Participation in at least two Section 337 ITC cases. Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one. Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar license. Skills Strong understanding of IP law.
