About The Role We’re seeking a motivated and goal‑oriented Agent Trainee to join our high‑performing team. As an Agent Trainee at the Justin Price Agency, you will play a key role in generating new business, providing tailored insurance solutions, and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace. Key Responsibilities Drive new business through prospecting, outreach, and converting leads into new policies Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Sell and cross‑sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and regular policy reviews Meet or exceed individual sales targets, supporting the agency’s growth goals Stay current on product knowledge and industry compliance Maintain accurate records using CRM tools for leads, follow‑ups, and renewals Participate in team meetings and collaborative strategy sessions Qualifications 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales Willingness to learn and a coachable attitude Excellent organization and time management skills Active Michigan Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred, or willingness to obtain) Bilingual abilities are a plus Benefits and Compensation Base salary plus uncapped commissions Performance bonuses and additional incentives Paid training and ongoing professional development Opportunities for career advancement, including a pathway to agency ownership Supportive, team‑oriented culture in a respected agency Health insurance support (depending on offerings) Paid time off, holidays, and milestone rewards A reputable brand with a long‑standing legacy in insurance excellence Compensation Range: $55K - $75K #J-18808-Ljbffr
