Senior Vice President, Data Management and Quantitative Analysis Location: Houston, Texas Responsibilities Manage a large team of data management and/or quantitative analysis professionals who prepare data sets and conduct statistical, financial and econometric modeling for internal and external clients. Manage data management and/or quantitative analysis activities for the assigned area and ensure business requirements are executed as expected. Provide insights and ideas for improving processes, implement improvements, and oversee the implementation of new data‑related technology enhancements and implementations. Ensure day‑to‑day service quality is aligned with client service level agreements, manage data vendor relationships, and support client and business needs documentation, reporting, and analyses. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5‑7 years of total work experience with at least 0‑1 years in management preferred. Experience in financial services preferred. Demonstrated experience managing staff, coordinating resources, and completing performance management activities. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences and present to senior leaders.
