Job description
Family Medicine physician employment in Vermont : The Inline Group -

  • FT/PT
  • Hours:Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm (32 hours clinical/8 hours admin, which can be done remotely)
  • Employed
  • Average Patients seen: 16-17
  • Call Schedule: Minimal - phone only (nurse triage takes 1st), and typically no more than 4 days a month
  • Loan Repayment
  • Sign-On Bonus
  • Compensation: $240,000 to $255,000 base salary, depending on experience + RVU incentives. Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance is negotiable as well.
  • Benefits: - Up to 5 weeks of PTO per year, including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays- Medical, dental, vision, and pet coverage- 401(k) retirement plan with 2% employer match on a 4% employee contribution- Tuition assistance program and opportunities for National Health Service Corp loan repayment and AHEC loan repayment awards. - If not eligible for loan repayment, a $10,000 retention bonus is available- 5 days + $2,500 per year for CMEs; can be rolled over one year after if needed

Providers may qualify for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps and AHEC programs.We are seeking a Primary Care Physician with leadership and mentoring skills, a commitment to evidence-based medicine, and comfort managing complex patients in a collegial, patient-centered environment.Located in Londonderry, Vermont, this role offers year-round outdoor recreation, nearby ski resorts, a vibrant arts and dining scene, and access to Boston, Albany, and Burlington.Qualifications:- 2 years of experience- MD or DO- BE/BC- VT license or eligibility
