Position: Massage Therapist
Location: Woodbury, NJ [FUSION GYM]

Salary: $45-$55 per hour

Innovative Healthcare Centers is launching two cutting-edge clinics in January 2026 in Fairless Hills, PA and Woodbury, NJ located in a fusion gym. These locations mark the beginning of a strategic partnership with a nationally expanding fitness resort group, offering a distinctive blend of high-end sports performance, wellness, and rehabilitation services. These clinics are designed to elevate patient care and redefine the healthcare experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Massage Therapists who are passionate about integrative care and eager to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a model that merges clinical excellence with luxury wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to individual patient needs, including recovery, stress relief, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, medical providers, and wellness professionals to support holistic treatment plans.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy as part of a comprehensive wellness and rehabilitation strategy.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and care.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, patient-centered atmosphere that reflects our commitment to innovation and empathy.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey.
  • Proficiency in a range of modalities (e.g., deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release).
  • Experience working in clinical, wellness, or performance-focused settings preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative care.
  • Passion for helping others achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
