Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Fund Finance Associate to join their team in New York City, NY. Duties Support fund finance practice with complex domestic and cross-border financings. Engage in acquisition financings, bridge loans, and syndicated and bilateral financings. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality legal services. Requirements 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience. Strong experience in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit. Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admitted to practice law in New York. Skills Proficiency in handling complex financial transactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
